Branch Sales Supervisor
Location: Atria Shopping Gallery, Damansara Jaya
Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operation of the branch to ensure that assigned showroom productivity and individual sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Engage customers in conversation and assist in the understanding, demonstration, description and selection of merchandise.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in Retail Sales Management.
• Experienced in any other ultimate luxury products industries with managerial exposure will be an added advantage.
• Good communication in English, Malay and Mandarin or any other Chinese Dialects.
• Service oriented with strong selling and customer service skills.
• Self motivated and committed.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Atria Shopping Gallery, Damansara Jaya
Responsibilities:
• Lend support of achieving the highest standard of showroom appearance.
• To provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Responsible for meeting individual productivity goals and achieve sales assigned sales target..
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM qualification with or without sales experience in gold and jewellery industry.
• Well versed in English, Malay and Mandarin or any Chinese dialects.
• Good sales presentation and customer service skills.
• Self motivated and committed.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
